The balance shall be due IN CASH when the puppy is picked up by the
purchaser. The full purchase price of

a toy).
The anticipated date the puppy will be available to leave Barberella
Kennels is_________________. (usually
at 7 weeks; however a toy may not be ready to leave until 8-10 weeks
of age)
(_______) The purchaser has been advised by Barberella Kennels that
the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE,
except as noted below (*)
(_______ ) The purchaser has been advised that Barberella Kennels will
not release the puppy to the
purchaser until a) the puppy has passed a well-puppy check by the breeder’s
vet and b) Barberella Kennels
feels the puppy is eating well and is ready to leave Barberella Kennels.
If the puppy does not pass the wellcheck,
Barberella Kennels will refund the deposit (*) or transfer it to a puppy
from another litter of equal
value, up to six months from this date, at the purchaser’s option.
If the purchaser transfers the deposit to a
puppy of greater value, the purchase price will be adjusted accordingly.
(_______) The purchaser must advise Barberella Kennels by the time the
puppy is 4 weeks of age
(________________________, 200_____) if the purchaser will be unable
to complete the sale. If the
purchaser does advise Barberella Kennels by such time, Barberella Kennels
will transfer the deposit to a
puppy from another litter of equal value UP TO SIX MONTHS FROM THAT
DATE. If the purchaser
transfers the deposit to a puppy of greater value, the purchase price
will be adjusted accordingly. The deposit
will not be refunded.
(_______) The purchaser must confirm with Barberella Kennels by the
time the puppy is 6 weeks of age
(_________________________, 200__) that he/she will complete the sale
on the date Barberella Kennels
anticipates the puppy will be available. If the purchaser fails to notify
Barberella Kennels by such date that
he/she will not be able to complete the sale as set out above, and Barberella
Kennels has made every effort to
locate the purchaser but has been unable to do so, Barberella Kennels
will be under no obligation to complete
this sale. In such event, the purchaser may not transfer the deposit
to a puppy from a later litter and the
deposit will not be refunded.
(_______) If the purchaser asks Barberella Kennels to hold the puppy
past the anticipated time the puppy will
be available (e.g. the purchaser will be out of town), Barberella Kennels
will hold the puppy upon the
condition that the full purchase price is paid by the purchaser on the
date of such request. The purchaser will
reimburse Barberella Kennels for any vaccinations given after the anticipated
date at a cost of $5.00 per shot.
